An order goes through four states — from payment to a ready eSIM with a QR code. All are visible in your account, along with the QR and the manual code.
The order appears in the list right after you tap “Pay”: while the bank confirms — as a “checking payment” card, then as a ready eSIM.
One account for the site and Telegram: log in either way and you’ll see the same thing.
The payment link lives 15 minutes. Not paid — the order simply expires, nothing is charged.
The bank confirmed the payment — usually in seconds. The system does the rest, nothing to wait for.
The profile is being issued by the carrier. Takes from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
QR and code in the eSIM card, and in Telegram — a message with an “Open and install” button.
Paid, but the status hasn’t changed after 10 minutes? Message support — with the order number from your account.
You can buy a plan in advance: it waits up to 180 days for activation, and the validity period starts with the first connection to a network. The QR code arrives right after payment.
